We currently deliver to all major metropolitan areas within:

Please note that some remote or outlying areas may not be eligible for direct home delivery. In such cases, customers may be required to collect their orders from the nearest serviceable location. If you are unsure about your delivery eligibility, feel free to contact us at support@bikerbabes.ae

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within 2 working day from the time of purchase in major cities. Delivery times for other areas are mentioned in the table above.

Working days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Order Dispatch & Notifications

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS notification or a phone call. This confirms that a driver has your shipment and is en route to your location.

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. You may also opt to have the parcel delivered to your office or another alternative address if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

For UAE customers, any return or exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer using a courier of their choice.
