Return Policy

At BikerBabes Design LLC, we take pride in ensuring that every order is fulfilled accurately, delivered on time, and meets the highest standards of quality. We never compromise on the quality of our products or our printing materials. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and in cases where an issue arises due to an error on our part—such as a misprint, production defect, or communication mistake—we have always offered a full refund or a complete replacement.

We gladly accept returns and offer exchanges or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Material defects in the base product.

  • Printing quality that falls below reasonable expectations.

  • Significant deviation from the final design approved and submitted by the customer.

If you believe your product is affected by any of the above issues, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at support@bikerbabes.ae with the following:

  • A digital photo clearly showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

  • Your order number for reference.

Once we review and verify the fault, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund. For verified faults, Biker Babes will arrange a free pickup of the defective item.

In cases where the issue cannot be verified through email, the item must be returned to us for physical inspection. In such cases, the customer will initially bear the shipping cost. If a fault is confirmed, we will refund the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge. However, if the product is found to be without fault, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Note: Items that have been washed or used will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
